Accurate, thorough and carefully considered documentation is a critical element of successful business broking practice and risk management. Your professional reputation and perception amongst buyers, sellers and regulators largely rests upon the integrity of your documentation.
Essential Business Broking Documents will help you integrate the use of these forms with the entire business broking process and the realities of dealing with clients with real life concerns and pressures. Essentially, this course will encourage you to aim at achieving as much disclosure of the business as possible and to act early to anticipate and head off problems.
