Course Overview
This course has been designed specifically to address the more complicated issues that Experienced Staff face through the means of in-class discussions, drawing extensively on the knowledge of the trainer, as well as fostering an environment to share experiences. By the end of this workshop you will have the knowledge and skills to minimise risk exposure to property, assets, resources and persons, as well as claims which may arise from the conduct of such business.

This course is provided for Principals, Licensed Agents and Experienced Staff and assumes some prior knowledge of the subject.
