Course Overview
Continually rising marketing costs is a great risk in agency practice and can dramatically eat into the profitability of an agency. If careless with advertising, real estate sales people can put themselves "out-of-business" in a very short period of time.
At the end of this very interactive workshop, participants will have the knowledge and skill to create marketing plans specific to property they have listed. The course includes structured information sessions, group exercises and discussions, creating marketing plans and role plays presenting marketing plans.
