Presently, 30% of properties in WA are strata titled and it is envisaged that this will grow to 40% within the next 10 years.
In addition, there are over 47,000 strata schemes in WA in operation. This training course is designed to provide participants with the basic knowledge required for competent involvement in the selling of strata properties.
