Course Overview
An important part of maintaining good relationships between owners and tenants is the ability to communicate well, negotiate fairly and act as a mediator in negotiations between them, and resolve or head off disputes and conflict. Such skills may be necessary when negotiating the rental terms at the beginning of a tenancy, resolving property maintenance, inspection, or other issues during a tenancy, or returning the bond at the end of a tenancy.
