    - mentality, whole office approach, free techniques, word mouth promotion, paid for techniques, blanket marketing (not advised), what works and what does not

    - search engine optimising tips (how to get high on Google), how search engines work, what Google sees, how to avoid ‘search engine marketing snake oil salespeople

    - Pay Per Click – Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, results based ads

    - portals, Google Base, free sites, RSS feeds, local, national and international; movements and who’s doing what, trends and likely future changes

    - blogging, the cornerstone of Web 2.0; commenting, how to blog, having your own blog, the benefits with search engines, PR & branding, communicating. Your ‘own radio station’. Podcasting.

    - the immense power that is in Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr and the like – how to use these sites in a business sense to reduce advertising costs, raise your profile, contact clients
