Not all of our courses will accrue Compulsory PD points. All REBA approved REIWA Learning course attract one point per hour, so an approved course that runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm will complete your elective commitment. Approved courses are shown by the allocation of Compulsory PD points on their web pages.
Compulsory Professional Development and You

As of 1st January 2009, the Compulsory Professional Development scheme that has been initiated by REBA will be applicable to all Sales Representatives, Property Managers and Triennial Certificate holders in Western Australia. |

The program is designed to increase the knowledge, skills and professionalism of those certified to work in the real estate and business broking industries. It operates on a 12 month calendar cycle and the requirement is to accrue 10 points within that time-frame.
The 10 points are divided into 2 types: three points for mandatory activities and seven points for elective activities and courses. |
All 10 points may be achieved by attending courses and/or seminars at REIWA Learning. This is not as arduous as it sounds and of course REIWA Learning will make the process as simple as possible for everyone to meet their commitment.
