From 1st January 2009, Property Managers and Sales Reps as well as Triennial Holders are required to accrue 10 CPD points in a calendar year. There are 2 types of points: mandatory and elective. The division between the two types are that 3 points must be gained by mandatory activities provided by REBA and 7 are elective points that fall into the four categories listed below.
The three mandatory points are credited by undertaking workshops provided by REBA. These consist of three one hour seminars combined into a half day workshop. Click here to find a session convenient to you.
The remaining 7 points may be undertaken by elective activities which fall into four Learning Categories. The categories are as follows:
Category one:
A training course aligned with a National Training Package.
REIWA Learning delivers the Certificate IV and Diploma in Property from the Property Development & Management Training Package as well asnationally recognised Business Broking units. These units attract points at the rate of 1 per hour undertaken on the activity. For example, the course 'Manage Agency Risk' that runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm will attract 7 points. This will complete the CPD requirements. Click here for a month by month calendar.

Category two:
A training course tailored to the real estate industry.
All courses provided by REIWA Learning are, of course, tailored to the industry. All our REBA registered courses will attract 1 point per hour, so a half day course 'Ethics for Licensees' that runs from 9:00am to 1:00pm midday will attract 4 points. A full day course Commercial & Industrial Sales and Leasing that runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm will gain 7 points. Click here for a month by month calendar.
