Students are supported in their learning by course coordinators and administrators in the following ways:
- Answering queries about assignment questions by phone, email or face to face
- Explaining assessment processes
- Arranging telephone coaching with a trainer
- Sending email announcements about courses
- Assisting with templates when appropriate
- Being available when people need help
- Making appropriate arrangements for students with disabilities
- Organising assignments to be assessed in a timely manner
- Advising students of their results and any further necessary steps

Particular help for Licence students:
- In depth interview for metropolitan students to explain the course and it's processes
- Extensive phone interview with country students
- Keeping students informed of up coming courses and/or any changes that may be made to training schedule
- Supporting students throughout the entire course whether the study period is 6 months or 2 years.
