Students are supported in their learning by course coordinators and administrators in the following ways:
  • Answering queries about assignment questions by phone, email or face to face
  • Explaining assessment processes
  • Arranging telephone coaching with a trainer
  • Sending email announcements about courses
  • Assisting with templates when appropriate
  • Being available when people need help
  • Making appropriate arrangements for students with disabilities
  • Organising assignments to be assessed in a timely manner
  • Advising students of their results and any further necessary steps

Particular help for Licence students:
  • In depth interview for metropolitan students to explain the course and it's processes
  • Extensive phone interview with country students
  • Keeping students informed of up coming courses and/or any changes that may be made to training schedule
  • Supporting students throughout the entire course whether the study period is 6 months or 2 years.
