ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATION
Assessment is an integral part of the learning process with many of the courses you attend through REIWA Learning. Assessments may take various forms including, but not limited to:
- written tests
- workplace projects
- assignments
- case studies
- role plays
- simulations
- demonstration
- portfolio
All students have the option to complete assessments.
Please note, however, that certification will only be given to those students who successfully complete all assessment requirements for a course.
REIWA Learning has demonstrable experience and skill in providing or facilitating assessments. All assessors are qualified in the art of workplace assessment processes.
REIWA Learning is required to meet stringent quality requirements in the conduct of all assessments. Certification
At the successful completion of all Professional Development courses, participants will be granted a certification document. REIWA Learning distributes five different types of certification documents, depending on the courses you attend. These are:
- Qualification - for nationally recognised training, such as the License course
or Diploma.
- Record of Achievement - for nationally recognised training, this document
supplements the qualification listing all units of competency achieved.
- Statement of Attainment - for nationally recognised training, in partial
completion of a full qualification. Minimum achievement is one unit of competency.
- Record of Completion - for non-nationally recognised training, where the
student has successfully completed all assessment requirements.
- Records of Attendance - for non-nationally recognised training, where
no assessment is required (given out on request only in some cases).
Certificates are emailed or posted depending on the type of certificate granted and will only be emailed or posted to the students at their nominated email or postal address, as per their enrolment details. The onus is on the student to ensure their email and postal address details on their file are correct. Certificates will not be forwarded to other parties, without expressed written permission of the student.
