REFUNDS FEES & CHARGES

Unless otherwise stated, course registration includes tuition, course notes, tea, coffee and biscuits. Lunch is at the participants own expense.

REIWA Learning provides fee discounts for REIWA members for CPD courses.

Licence Program
To ensure that fees paid in advance are protected, there is a separate refund policy for Licence program students. For further information on the Licence program refund policy, please click here .

Payment Methods
Payment can be made in the form of cash (prior to 4.30pm), personal cheque, bank cheque, Visa, or Mastercard. Course fees are also able to be charged to a REIWA member account, with the endorsed permission of the Principal.
Course fees are payable in advance and enrolments are considered tentative until payment and a written form of enrolment is received by REIWA Learning.


Refund Policy
( for Sales Registration course, Property Management Registration course, Professional Development course)

Payments of all refunds, to clients who are entitled to a refund, are in accordance with the REIWA Learning refund policy. While REIWA Learning has refund policies in place for cancellation of enrolments, participants are first encouraged to enrol on a subsequent training program. Where a student withdraws from a training program, they must provide written notification of their intention to withdraw and apply for a refund for the course. REIWA reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient numbers of participants are received. If for any reason the course is cancelled by REIWA Learning after your enrolment, you will be refunded the full cost of the course fee. REIWA does not, however, accept any liability for airfares or pre-paid accommodation expenses. REIWA Learning will process the refunds automatically and immediately. Payment of all refunds is made within one week (seven days) of becoming due. Refunds for cancellation of enrolments are granted on a sliding scale.

Participant Withdraws In writing, two (2) to four (4) working days prior to the course commencement. 50% of the cost of the course.
Participant Withdraws In writing, on the day or one day prior to the course commencement. 40% of the cost of the course.

Participant Withdraws

During the course. Nil Refund.
Participant Withdrawn from the course by REIWA. After course commencement, due to inappropriate behaviour. Nil Refund.
Participant Withdrawn from the course by REIWA. After course commencement, due to extenuating circumstances. At the discretion of the Training Manager.
Course cancelled by REIWA.

  Full Refund.

Refunds are not available once your course has started.

Correspondence students are considered to have started the course once the courseware has been mailed.
Online students are considered to have started the course once access to their learner login has been provided.

Transfer policy and fees

Transferring the same course from one student to another

Transferring a registration course from one student to another may only take place prior to commencement of the class

$75.00

Transferring a professional development course from one student to another prior to commencement of the class

$25.00

Transferring the same course from one classroom date to another date

Registration course students who have not commenced class may transfer twice from one classroom date to another without incurring a fee.
