Student selection
REIWA Learning conducts recruitment of students at all times in an ethical and responsible manner. Recruitment for courses is conducted via various means including press, REIWA Learning website and direct marketing. Selection of students into training programs will be conducted at all times in an ethical and responsible manner, ensuring fairness and compliance with equal opportunity legislation.
Student enrolments are subject to availability of places on the training program, based on the maximum number of participants who can be accommodated under the particular circumstances (e.g. capacity of training venue, type of course, learning structures) and occupational safety and health guidelines.
If a training program is fully booked at the time the participants enquires about enrolment into that particular training program, they will either be offered a place on another date that the training program is to be conducted which is not fully booked, or be offered an alternative learning mode such as correspondence or online. Classroom enrolments are strictly on a first-in, first-served basis.
Enrolments and pre-requisites
REIWA Learning endorses the national equity strategy by incorporating the principles of equity into all programs. Students have equitable access to all programs. Admission procedures will be free of discrimination and if an individual does not meet external entry requirements, all attempts will be made to assist students to identify alternative course of action.
Enrolments must be received no later than 12 hours prior to the course commencement. Enrolments will be considered tentative until payment has been received. Should enrolment numbers reach maximum, an available course date will be suggested.
Upon receipt of a student's enrolment form and payment, student's are advised in writing to confirm their their place on the course. This letter outlines details relevant to the particular course, such as venue, date, and course duration.
To register for any of our courses, simply complete an enrolment form. A form is available on this website as well as by contacting REIWA Learning. Enrolment forms should be submitted to REIWA Learning with payment otherwise they will not be processed.
Minimum Entrance requirements
Some of REIWA Learning's programs have minimum entry requirements or pre-requisites. These are identified on the relevant marketing materials of the specific course. Students must meet minimum requirements prior to commencement of the training program. Should any student have difficulty attaining minimum entry requirements such as literacy, REIWA Learning will provide support services to assist.

Student Induction/orientation
Induction of new students is conducted by REIWA Learning's Director or Course Coordinator. The formal induction is designed to identify key areas of the manual and other important information, in a structured way.
REIWA Learning conducts student induction sessions at the commencement of courses.
